Story: Marshmallow was rescued from a NC shelter. We are so happy to have her with us in a foster home. Marshmallow is a happy and sweet young kitten. She spends her days playing with her foster family and littermate and chasing all the fun toys they have.
What my foster says: This beautiful girl may be deaf, but that only makes her more special. She is curious, playful, and full of love, always ready to explore or curl up by your side. Gently wake her and she’ll quickly start to purr, knowing she is safe and cared for. She loves to sleep next to you or on you, and though she isn’t a fan of being held, she’ll allow it with patience and trust. A sweet, gentle soul with the loudest purr, she is ready to bring joy to her forever home.
The fee to adopt Marshmallow is $200 ($325 for two kittens). This covers the cost of vaccines appropriate for her age, the collar she’s wearing, and her care in foster. Marshmallow has been seen by a shelter vet and it has been determined that she’s deaf, but she doesn’t let this slow her down. Due to the fact that she’s deaf, she’s looking for a home without young kids so that she doesn’t get startled/scared.
